FAQ

Can I return my artwork after purchase?

All sales are final unless damaged. Artwork that is shipped is always insured. If artwork was damaged during the shipping process, please contact me so we can discuss available options. If you are unsure of the quality of paper and ink for the prints, please contact me and I can send you a sample swatch for your inspection.

How can I be assured my print is part of a documented limited edition?

Prints are delivered with a signed and numbered authenticity card. Prints are also signed on the paper with the edition mark noted directly below the image.  Edition marks show the print number along with the total number of prints of that kind that are printed. (Ex. 2/10 indicates that you purchased the second print in an edition of 10 total in existence).

Why is there more artwork available for prints than originals?

Originals are one of a kind. If there is a print you like that is not available in the original form, it is either already sold or not for sale.

If the painting I like is no longer available as a print, can I request another one to be printed?

All prints are part of a limited edition set. For example, if all prints of an edition are sold, Marsha will no longer offer that print in that particular size again. We do this to protect the integrity of each edition set for those that have purchased them.

Can I make reproductions of the artwork I purchase?

Sorry, all artwork is copyrighted and is not permitted to be reproduced for any reason by anyone other than myself.

Are all paintings created by Marsha Vosburg?

Yes, every brush stroke, paint smudge and collaged material is 100% done by my hand.

How involved is Marsha in the printing process of the limited edition sets?

I oversee the quality assurance of every single print. I trim, matte and ship each print personally.
